Overview of Titanium Dioxide

Titanium dioxide, white solid or powdered amphoteric oxide, molecular weight: 79.87, is a white inorganic pigment with non-toxicity, good opacity, whiteness and brightness, and is considered to be a white pigment with ideal performance at present. Titanium dioxide has strong adhesion, not easy to start chemical changes, and the color is snow white.

It can be used in coating, plastic, paper making, printing ink, chemical fiber, rubber, cosmetic and other industries. It has a high melting point and is also used to make refractory glass, glazes, enamel, terra cotta, and high-temperature resistant labware. Titanium dioxide is an important white pigment and porcelain glaze. It is used in paint, ink, plastic, rubber, paper, chemical fiber, watercolor pigment and other industries.

Titanium Dioxide Centrifugal Spray Dryer Working Principle

The air is filtered and heated, and enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The material liquid through the tower at the top of the high-speed centrifugal atomizer, (rotating) spray into a very fine mist of liquid beads, and hot air concurrent contact in a very short period of time can be dried to finished products. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is exhausted by the fan.
