Service Process

1, pre-sale:

establish a file with the customer to get in touch with the introduction of the factory technology and equipment related to the situation, to understand the user's needs, recommend the appropriate equipment, the implementation of the test material and the relevant technical preparations, improve the technical parameters.

2, in the sale:

provide users with relevant drawings, technical information, coordination of user equipment installation and construction, to inform the user of the production speed, production quality. Ensure that the user project progress and equipment manufacturing synchronous coordination. Handle emergencies, and maintain good communication with the user.

3, after-sales:

① sent to the user to guide the installation, responsible for commissioning until delivery.

  ② responsible for the user's operation, maintenance skills training.

  ③Provide spare parts with good quality and price for a long time.

  ④ equipment warranty period of one year, within one year after acceptance due to equipment damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, is responsible for free maintenance, such as faults caused by improper operation of the charge for the cost of labour, and the implementation of 48 hours of service and maintenance, i.e., in the receipt of the user's message within 24 hours of the first user's questions must be answered, such as can not be resolved over the phone, then in the next 24 hours rushed to the scene of the user to solve the problem.
