Low-temperature sludge drying equipment utilizes the principle of low-temperature heat pump dehumidification, adopts convection hot air to dry the sludge, so that the moisture in the material absorbs the heat and gasifies into the air, and achieves the goal of reducing the moisture content.


Low-temperature sludge drying equipment in the working process, mainly through the compressor pressurization, the high temperature gas conversion, and then in the drying process of water vapor and other condensation treatment excluded to the outdoors. Whether it is food or other areas of use, the drying process of water vapor evaporation is common, and evaporation of water if not timely excluded to the outdoors, will not be able to achieve the purpose of thorough drying products.


And will also increase the time used for drying, resulting in waste and loss of resources. The low-temperature sludge drying equipment in the design principle, through the hot air directly evaporate water vapor, and then through the moisture removal system will be the rapid discharge of water vapor, so as to achieve the purpose of drying products. Secondly, the low-temperature sludge drying equipment also increases the refrigerant throttle valve, this throttle valve can be discharged into the compressor to absorb the water vapor, recycling, so that not only can maintain the temperature in the drying room, but also can play a recycling purpose.


Application characteristics of low temperature sludge drying equipment:

① By controlling the working condition of the device, the temperature of the hot dry air in the drying room is between 10 and 75℃, which can meet the high quality drying requirements of most heat-sensitive materials.


② High efficiency and energy saving. The heat pump dryer can produce a large amount of heat by consuming a small amount of work, and its SMER (the amount of water in the wet material removed by consuming a unit of energy) is usually 1.0 to 4.0kg/kWh, while the SMER value of the traditional convection dryer is about 0.2 to 0.6kg/kWh.


③Temperature and humidity regulation and control is convenient. Intelligent control is adopted to control temperature and humidity automatically.


④Environment-friendly. There is no pollution caused by material dust, volatile substances and odor discharged to the environment with the drying exhaust gas; waste heat is directly recovered by the heat pump to heat the cold dry air, and there is no thermal pollution of the unit to the environment.


⑤ The heat pump dryer is applicable to a wide range of materials, independent of the climate: it can be widely used in heating and drying operations in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, leather, wood, agricultural and sideline product processing and other industries.
