Low-temperature sludge drying equipment utilizes the principle of low-temperature heat pump dehumidification, adopts convection hot air to dry the sludge, so that the moisture in the material absorbs the heat and gasifies into the air, and achieves the goal of reducing the moisture content.

Low-temperature sludge drying equipment in the working process, mainly through the compressor pressurization, the high temperature gas conversion, and then in the drying process of water vapor and other condensation treatment excluded to the outdoors. The heat pump dryer can produce a large amount of heat by consuming a small amount of work, and its SMER (the amount of water in the wet material removed by consuming a unit of energy) is usually 1.0 to 4.0kg/kWh, while the SMER value of the traditional convection dryer is about 0.2 to 0.6kg/kWh.
