Working principle

The so-called vacuum drying refers to heating and drying dry materials under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used for air extraction and dehumidification, the drying speed is accelerated.

Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser can be used to save energy investment.

Performance characteristics

The boiling point of the material solution under vacuum decreases, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Therefore, a certain amount of heat transfer can save the heat transfer area of the evaporator.

The heat source for evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.

The evaporator has less heat loss.

Before drying, disinfection treatment can be carried out, and there is no impurity contamination during the drying process, which meets GMP requirements.

It belongs to a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.

Adapt to materials

Suitable for low-temperature drying of heat sensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures; It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, etc.

When placing an order, please choose a suitable vacuum dryer based on factors such as the initial moisture content, final moisture content, temperature, vacuum degree, drying amount, and drying time of the dried material. There are four heating methods in the same model of vacuum dryer, namely steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electric heating. For example, in order to increase the drying capacity, it is advisable to increase the number of layers of the drying rack. Please inform our factory in a timely manner.
